Holidaymakers can now start planning a trip to New South Wales iconic ski fields with the state’s alpine region set to reopen from Monday 22 June. As winter descends on Australia, ski field operators such as Thredbo and Perisher, associated businesses, suppliers and industry associations are working hard to ensure measures are in place to keep visitors COVID safe when the season commences. Avid skiers and boarders who plan to visit are encouraged to plan and book ahead and confirm arrangements before their departure – and most importantly – postponing their trip if they feel unwell.
